  1. Is dinner included with the purchase of the ticket?
    Dinner must be purchased separately.
  2. Is dinner served in the same facility where the show takes place?
    Dinner is served in a separate restaurant in the Pleasure Garden. Table service and concession food items are, however, available in the performance venue.
  3. Is dinner served during the performance?
    Guests are welcome to enjoy concession and snack items throughout the performance. The full dining experience is available pre show and also available post show every day except Friday and Saturday late shows.
  4. Do I need a dinner reservation?
    We recommend a dinner reservation although it is not required; seating is subject to availability.
  5. What is the phone number for the restaurant?
    There is not phone number for the restaurant. Advance reservations are made upon purchase of the pre-fixe menu online. Any additional questions please call the Pleasure Garden’s customer service number at 305-501-0374
  6. Does the pre-fixe dinner include the show?
    No, you will need a separate ticket for entrance into the show.

    Sometimes our call centers are very busy; you can purchase online via our website, in person at the box office, or please wait on the line, where we will speak with you as soon as an operator becomes available.
  9. What do I get if I get booth tickets?
    Booth seating includes a private booth with good views of the show. The booth includes table service at which beverage and snack food items can be served.

  11. Can you explain how the experience works? Is it a show with dinner?
    The dinner facility and the show facility are separate. You do not need to eat in the restaurant in order to attend the show, and dinner reservations and show tickets are sold separately. In addition to the restaurant, there is snack food items and bars available throughout the Pleasure Garden and in the show tent.

  14. At what time should I get there?
    The Pleasure Garden opens 90 minutes before show time. If you intend to dine in the restaurant, please arrive no later than one hour before show time.
  15. What do I get with a VIP ticket?
    VIP ticket includes best seats in the house, a complimentary glass of champagne as well as table service during the show.
  16. I would like to change my tickets/buy more tickets, etc. How do I do this?

  17. Is parking available?
    Both valet and self park options are available. For valet parking, turn west onto NE 38th Street from Biscayne Blvd. The parking lot is on the left hand side. For self park, continue past the valet parking lot and turn left onto Federal Highway. The parking lot is located on the left hand side under the 195 overpass.
  18. What is the running time of the show?
    The show runs for approximately two hours, including a 15 minute intermission.
